Getting set up

Untaggle applies the right tag on your email platform the moment someone buys or opts in on your selling platform — automatically, with a full log of exactly what happened. Setup takes three steps.

1. Connect your platforms

On the Connections screen, connect your selling platforms and your email platforms. Each one takes a couple of minutes:

• Connect HighLevel — your Location ID + a one-click install
• Connect Teachable — API credentials + one webhook you add in Teachable
• Connect Kit — one API key, everything else is automatic
• Connect Flodesk — one API key + your login email

2. Check your unsubscribe sync

Unsubscribe sync is wired automatically as you connect platforms — an opt-out on one platform is honored on all of them, in both directions. You can review, pause, or fine-tune it per connection. How unsubscribe sync works.

3. Set up your actions

On the Actions screen, pick a source connection and map what happens per purchase or form submission. Start broad with a wildcard (“Wildcard — every purchase”) that adds every buyer to your email platform, or go as detailed as you like, with separate actions for specific products, prices, and forms.

Every event lands in your Events Log, replayable, so you can always see exactly what fired, what didn't, and why.
